A Day To Remember is a Florida rock band known for their metalcore and pop punk flair. The band members include guitarist Tom Denny and drummer Bobby Scruggs, who played in the music scene of Ocala and went on a DIY tour. They built their reputation playing over 200 shows. The band signed to Indianola Records and released their debut album And Their Name Was Treason in 2005.
Then they switched to Victory Records and entered Zing Studios to record their second album For Those Who Have Heart. The album went to number 17 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers and 43 on the Top Independent Albums chart. In 2008, they toured the UK and received a nomination for the Best International Newcomer. The band opened for Silverstein, Protest the Hero, and The Devil Wears Prada, then performed at the Bamboozle Left and the Vans Warped Tour in 2008. Their latest album What Separates Me From You was released in 2008 with the single All I Want.
