The Beastie Boys is a hip-hop group which is made up of Adam "MCA" Yauch, Michael "Mike D" Diamond and Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz. From the time the Hello Nasty album was released, the group's DJ has always been Michael "Mix Master Mike" Schwartz. He was first featured in the track Three MC's and One DJ. They are considered as one of the longest-staying hip-hop acts in the industry and continue to enjoy their commercial and critical success to this day.
