Chingy or Howard Bailey, Jr. is a hip-hop artist and actor. In 2003, he signed a recording contract with DTP or Disturbing Tha Peace. He became marketable with his popular southern dialect mixed with his confident, smooth and charming vocal style. After the release of the song Right Thurr, he became an overnight sensation.
