Artist Bio
Led by Chad Kroeger on vocals, Nickelback started out as a band which was the answer of Canada to the Creed in the late 1990s. Their music was a mix of distorted but radio-friendly guitars and gruff vocals. Although their first few singles were not able to gain much success, their song "How You Remind Me" climbed to the hit charts in 2001. Later on, they were nominated for a couple of Grammys and won several awards. Their latest album is Dark Horse, which was released in November 2008.
