Artist Bio
A soul and R&B group, The O' Jays is based in Cleveland, Ohio and originally consisted of members Walter Williams, Bill Isles, William Powell, Bobby Massey and Eddie Levert. The group was inducted in 2004 in the Vocal Group Hall of Fame and in 2005 in The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They were able to make their first hit in 1963 with the song Lonely Drifter.
