The Steve Miller Band was formed in San Francisco, California in 1966. The rock band is led lead vocalist and guitarist Steve Miller. They have several albums with songs that ultimately became hits. In 1978, the band released the Steve Miller Band's Greatest Hits 1974-1978 which sold more than 13 million copies worldwide. Today, Steve Miller continues to perform in various sold-out concert performances.
