Hailing from Tokyo, Japan, Teriyaki Boyz is a hip-hop group which is made up of Ilmari and Ryo-Z, VERBAL, WISE and Nigo. Beef or Chicken, the debut album that they did with (B)APE Sounds and Def Jam Recordings was produced by a number of rap and electronic producers which includes Daft Punk, Adrock of the Beastie Boys, Cut Chemist, Cornelius, Dan the Automator, DJ Shadow, Just Blaze, DJ Premier, The Neptunes and Mark Ronson.
