Basshunter is the pseudonym of Jonas Erik Altberg, a Swedish DJ, singer and songwriter. He describes his music as Eurodance, although many interpret it as club. He began using the name Basshunter in 1999 when he started producing music using the computer program called Fruity Loops, which is now FL Studio. He is currently recording his fifth album, and is scheduled to be released within 2009.
