Hey everyone, let’s walk through the steps required to create your own custom ringtone with Brinked.com’s custom ringtone maker. It’s extremely easy, just follow along!
1.) With our slick ringtone maker you can use any .MP3, .<M4R, or .WAV file on your computer and easily turn it in to your own ringtone. If do in fact already have the song file you want to create a ringtone from simply click on “Browse,” select the music file and Brinked will automatically begin uploading and prepping the file for you to edit. You can now skip to step two.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the music file on your computer, the Brinked.com ringtone creator makes it extremely easy to create your custom ringtone directly from a YouTube video.
* If you already have the YouTube video open, select the “Create from YouTube URL” button and then paste the URL in to the text box. Once you’ve done that, click “Next Step.”
* If you don’t have the video ready just click on the “Search YouTube” button, enter your search in to the text box and click on your video. You can preview it to make sure it is the song you want. If it is, click “Use this Video”
Brinked.com will automatically begin uploading your song and preparing it so you can edit it.
2.) The next step will allow you to drag the beginning and end markers to select exactly where you want your ringtone to begin and where you want it to end. You can also select to have your ringtone fade in or out by checking the appropriate boxes. If you don’t want your ringtone to loop click the button next to play/stop. Once you have your ringtone ready, click “Next Step.”
3.) Give your ringtone a descriptive name, set the artist and select a Category. Type in a brief description and check the, “I agree…” box and continue on to the Next Step.
4.) That’s it, you’re all done! Your new custom made ringtone has now been added to Brinked.com and now all you have to do is send it to your phone. One of our next post will cover “How To Send To Your Phone”
