the site making the the the file to big for phone to play

recently when i have been making ringtones on this site they end up to big for my phone to play but in the past this has not been a problem but nothing has changed except the site maybe. has any one els had thi problem?

how can i get the file size down to 200kb when the site is making them 400kb

one solution is to get a new memory card for your phone i recomend a 32GB SDHC card
