It keeps telling me ringtone unavailable

give more information, whats telling you unavailable?

it won't let me download the ringtone, when I click on any of the download option (wav, mp3 etc etc) the song opens up with my windows media player. It used to download and I had to save it to my desktop. I don't know whats wrong!! Please Help Me!!

what browser and browser version are you using?

it keeps saying unavailable

can you please tell me where exactly it says unavailable? Can you copy/paste the page, and what you were trying to do when you got "unavailable"?

I noticed that it did that to me in FireFox and in Opera, so always use IE 8....

Try using Google Chrome.

It's what I use, and it never gives me any problems.
