Premium Texting is blocked on my phone. Am I screwed?

This was once happened with me also when i was with verizon and they maid me paid for this.I think you should talk to the provider.

1.)click on the song
2.)open your email
3.)click attach
4.)go to downloads then double click it if you have problems look it up in google its really easy
