I figured out how to send to your phone(:
 

You have to right click on the "mp3" download button then you right click save "target as" and save your file in whatever name you would like then you connect your phone to your computer with your "USB cord" then you go back to the file and you save that to your "windows media player" then you sync the song to your phone(:

but what if u dont have a usb cord???:confused:

You can download the MP3 then save it to your computer. Attach it to an email and send it to your phone, here's a list of email extensions for different phone companies

you can click "mp3" then save it to your computer. then go to your email and send a message to your phone. click "attach files" to add the ringtone and send it to your phonee.
