Error converting video
 

Every time I try to grab ANY youtube video I get this message. It has worked fine for me before but not now. I have seen other posts and admin says problem was fixed, but not for me???

Just re-paste the link into it and do it again. Works on a second time.

I thought I had re pasted the other day and it didnt work but now all of a sudden it does. Thanks.

get the videos with the LYRICS. works for me ALMOST everytime; if there is some typer of overactive movement like when some people have designs for how the next slide to the video comes in then it wont work but just regualr lyrics works everytime.

I cannot convert any video at all to make a ringtone. I have been trying off and on for weeks now with different videos. When I try a video, I make sure I try it over and over for at least 10 times!! I am ready to just try a new ringtone site even though I have been a faithful member of brinked for a long time now...

Same here I keep trying to upload youtube vids and it keeps telling me "Error converting video"

We're working hard to get the issue resolved. Any info you can provide will help us fix the issue sooner - All videos not working for you or only a few?
