how do I save ringtone to my favorite

I keep hitting the "favourite" button next to the "send to phone" button but nothing ever appears on my favorites page. Any ideas? Im on a mac, OSX10.5.7

just hit the favourites button, then click the "my favorites from your control panel in your account management box.
