Is Brinked.com 100% Free?

Brinked.com is 100% free to use. We do not charge you anything to use any of the services found on our site.

However, we do have advertisers who are NOT free. Brinked.com uses a lot of resources, and we need to generate revenue to keep brinked alive. Lets be honest, no good thing in this world is 100% free.

Brinked.com will not annoy its users with annoying pop-ups/pop-unders or takeover ads.

Many Users complain that there is a charge to send ringtones to their cellphone. The send to cellphone links or banners found throughout brinked are affiliates of brinked.com who offer these services for a monthly fee. Brinked.com will never show advertisements which deceive its users.

The best way to be sure of this is to look at the URL of the page you are on, if it does not have brinked.com in it, then you need to read what the page says.

Our advertisers clearly state their prices both on their webpages, and in the text messages they send.

Yes

Mr.Ad, thank you for specifying the details, but is there a tool that you can use to send the ringtones straight to your phone.

If so, do you have a link?

I emailed the ringtone file to my phone, now what?

ladydora 09-02-2009 08:57 AM

This site is great, if you read all of the information about it. If you want the ringtones for FREE, email it to your cell phone. Otherwise, quit complaining about it.

brooklynbuff 10-01-2009 02:17 AM

avril 10-03-2009 08:23 PM

brooklynbuff 10-14-2009 06:34 PM

who wants you to pay 9.99 a month? brinked.com asks u for nothing.. u just make a account upload a song frame it the way u want it.. then download it to your phone in which we have instructions on doing so on the main page... this site is pretty simple...

jacmathie15 10-20-2009 07:26 PM

So are the ringtones free or not.

dawnbby08 04-18-2010 02:15 PM

how do u email the ringtone to ur phone?

lowtek 05-12-2010 12:39 AM

Sweet. Great service. People who don't know the difference between an ad and content on the site fail at the internet.

Good to hear the company outright says they will not display shady ads like popups/unders or deception tacticts.

Just joined today and everything is working perfect. Happy these can be downloaded directly to mp4, and the youtube capture is amazing, great site, thanks.

deleaa 05-12-2010 02:41 AM

The blue send to phone button is an ADVERTISEMENT!!

musicmanbrian 09-16-2010 09:29 PM

The "Send To Phone" Advertisement is just that.. an Advertisement. If you want to download the song.. click the file type that your phone supports. ie if your phone supports mp3, click mp3 and download it. It's easy... morons don't know how to read

musicmanbrian 09-23-2010 01:36 AM

Once you download the song you have to send it to your phone. follow the directions in the "how to send ringtones to your phone" thread

heidi.doody 12-23-2010 11:23 PM

Verizon

I do not pay for unlimited data charges and I was wondering if anyone knew if I email the ringtones to my phone if Verizon will charge me a data fee? I have already emailed myself one so I guess I will eventually find out but if anyone knows I'd love to find out now :)

Thanks

MysticalHippo 12-24-2010 04:21 AM

Im not sure if it counts as a regular text or if theyll charge you but even if they do its probably only like 10 or 15 cents. If you have an online verizon account you should be able to check before your bill comes in the mail.

em1124 01-08-2011 05:11 PM

Dear Administrator:

I have a TracFone which supports mp3 - and I downloaded the ringtone from your site (thank you so much!) and e-mailed it to my cell phone. I can open it and even play it - but I cannot figure out out to install it as a ringtone - there are no options for that in my settings, tools, sounds, or ringtone folders... Please help me! Thank you VERY much!

musicmanbrian 09-06-2011 08:43 PM

Hello minaminna,

I personally do not have any experience with tracphones. I think your bestbet would be to contact TracPhone's support and ask them how to set a ringtone. They should be able to tell you quickly.

Please let me know if you're taking this route, and how things went. If you had a bad time with tracphone support, we can make a post suggesting others do not use tracphone because of the support issue.

If things do work out after calling support, It would be very helpful for our community if you shared what the tracphone support team told you to do. A new thread with "How To Set Ringtones On TracPhones" would really help out people facing the same problem you are now.
