With tracphone it gets a little more complicated. You have to add several addresses to the email you send out, because it's difficult to tell which tracphone network you are using.

So add all of these recipients to your email:

yournumber@vmobl.com
yournumber@mmode.com
yournumber@tmomail.net
yournumber@myboostmobile.com
yournumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
yournumber@messaging.nextel.com
yournumber@mymetropcs.com
yournumber@cingularme.com
yournumber@message.alltel.com
yournumber@questmp.com

The reason you have to do this is because tracphone outsources and uses other network's coverage. Good luck, let me know if this works for you.
