The easiest method is using a USB to Phone cable. Ask your friends if you can borrow one, or ask your parents to buy one for 10-15$.

With the USB to Phone cable, you simply plug it into the phone and the pc, then drag the ringtone over to your phone (from your desktop). Once the ringtone is on your phone, Save it as a ringtone.

If you're phone's "set ringtone" function is confusing, try calling the support and asking them how to set a ringtone. For most phones though, it's straightforward. Good luck!
