The verizon thing worked for me too, but I was able to use a .wav file. The other step is that you have to log into verizon's pix place, then send the file from there to your phone. It has to be saved once from this website onto your computer, then accessed and uploaded again from the verizon pix place website. The only annoying thing is it saves as a large file size, so when it compresses it to send to your phone the sound quality is not very good.
