OK EVERYONE JUST FOLLOW THIS. IT WORKED FOR ME AND I HAVE VERIZON.
1)
Under the download part of the ringtone right click on "mp3" and click "save target as". Save the ringtone to your computer.
2)
Login to your email account and open a new email. Type who it's to according to below. Then, attach the ringtone to that same email from your computer.
3)
Send the email and you should receive it on your phone shortly after.
4)
When the text is opened on your phone go to options and press "save as ringtone".
There you have it. See it's not really that hard
Here are the email address needed for different providers. Replace 1234567890 with your cellphone number, no spaces, area code first.
Alltel -
1234567890@message.Alltel.com
AT&T Wireless -
1234567890@mobile.mycingular.com
or

Nextel -
