madnads, I am sorry to hear that. We are constantly making upgrades to brinked.com so a change somewhere might have affected something. People are making ringtone successfully as of now so this leads me to believe that it might be an incident constrained the the browser or something user specific.

Can you please tell me what browser and version you are using? Were you logged in to brinked when you were making the ringtone? Any other additional details would be greatly appreciated.
