ok so i clicked the send to phone butten but it takes me 2 another site
so how do i get my ringtones with out connecting my phone to the computer????

The "Send to Phone" button is just a cleverly disguised advertisement. You need to download the ringtone by clicking MP3, WAV, or whatever format your phone supports, then email the ringtone to your phone as an attachment. The email address you use depends on your carrier, but you can find the right one by going to this thread
