When I clicked the "send to phone" button, a new window opened and said that it didn't have my ringtone? I just need some help, please. :]

Don't click on the red button, That's a pay service. The only way I know to do it is to click on the type of file you want, mp3,wav, etc. Save the file to your desktop and then I transfer it to my phone using the micro sd card and a card reader. Heck, once you do that you can put any song on your phone that you have on your computer.
