Are you trying to send ringtones directly to the cell?
I would recommend just finding a song that you like on brinked and downloading it on MP3 format. Then you will have to connect your phone (usb, bluetooth, etc) to your computer and sync it up.
Another alternative that brinked showed is to send ringtones directly to your cellphone with email:
The Easiest way i have found to do this is save it as mp3 format and email your cell phone with the mp3 as an attachment. each phone has a different send format i use verizon and its cell#@vzwpix.com. and when i get it i have the option to save as ringtone.
