I'm not sure! Can you download files to your phone?
If so, then you should just be able to download the ringtone via right click -> save as (where it says Download: MP3 / M4R / WAV). Make sure to download the filetype your phone supports.
Once saved, depending on your phone, you'll move it to a directory on your phone (Ringtones usually)
Here is a quick over-view of the process - let me know if you need more clarification.
1] Navigate to the page of the ringtone you created.
2] Download your ringtone (Right click -> save as on the filetype your phone supports to download directly, or left click the file type and download the file from within your media device (WMPlayer, Divx, ect)
3] Send your ringtone to your phone via one of the following methods: email, usb cable, bluetooth, memory card, itunes, or any other way you normally send files to your phone.
4] Once your ringtone is downloaded, set it as a ringtone (the file needs to be in the same location as your phones current ringtones)

Hrm... When you sent the file via email did you have a subject line? If not, try that and let me know if it works. If yes, and still not working I will try to help you further
