Try these three things:

Downloading it on the file on another computer and see if it works (if it does... I am betting it is a computer setting)

or

Try using firefox if you are using internet explorer and see if that works

or

When saving the file and it shows up as php, try downloading it change and then changing the extension to .mp3 format

When it saves as a .php you are not logged into your Brinked account. Log in then save to your computer as a mp3 file.

i just joined this site maybe five minutes ago and none of the ringtones i've tried sending to my phone have went through. did i miss something? i thought you could get free ringtones on here

send via email to your phone. To do this right click on the format of the song you want to download. The select "save target as" and save to your computer. Note, you will have to change the name when you save the song because it saves as a number. Then email yourself and attach the song you have saved to your computer to the email. when it comes through your phone, you then need to save it to your "sounds" folder (if a windows phone) and then select it as your ringtone. Make sure you save it in a format that your phone uses. Don't use the button "send to your phone". Note that under "send to your phone" is the word 'advertisement'.
