so it will deffinatly say if the ringtone is free or not? kinda confused

Ringtone are free to download.

When you click on the song you want you should see "Download: MP3 / WAV / OGG / M4R"

Just right click MP3(or the format you want) and select "save link as" and save it on your computer.
