first, I can make a ringtone problem free, and when I go to my ringtones they are there and will play, but when I click Get It and go to that screen, there's no data loaded and nothing to play.

Can't send to my phone. Can't download mp3 without it saving as a php file which just makes it text...

What's the deal?

I'm using IE 8

i just tested in IE8, you have to right click > save target as. Name the file and the file type should be "mp3 format sound"

I'm using Firefox, when I go to "get it" next to the ringtone it basically says nothing abou the ringtone except file size, when I press download nothing happens.

Sorry this won't help but I'm having the same problems and I can't even make a ringtone. i hate this

there is no "get it" link on the ringtone download page. I really need to know more information to help you.

On every ringtone page, it says download, and next to it are 3 links, mp3, wav and m4r. those are the different formats u can download

Im clicking on all of them and nothing is happening... Its just taking me to a blank page.

I'm having the same problem, I've been trying to get my ring tone for three days now and haven't been able to figure out what's going on can someone please help? And also when I click download mp3 is it the same as download ringtone?
