did you put a 1 before your number?it should look like this15552136519@tmobile.net you have to put ur 1 then area code then the number attach ur file then send it from ur email it should work then, i have metropcs and it works for me so u must be doing something wrong check ur number again.......

1. Plug up your phone into the computer and make sure you have a memory card in the phone

2. Select your ringtone

3. After selecting your ringtone click MP3 and then save it to your computer.

4. Find the saved ringtone in your computer and right click it.

5. After you right click it, click copy.

6. Paste it in your memory card under a file call my sounds.

yes you have to put the 15554555558@mymetropcs.com or what ever phone service you have but you also have to make sure ur doing the w?ever the @me ur phone service is cuz not all them are the same.... you know like @mycicket.com @mymetropcs.com or @verizon.net im not sure w? type of phone you got so ull have to check and then just save ur ringtone to ur computer then email it go to ur email press 4ward to ur phone then add the attachment which is the ringtone and send it that works for me evrytym..hit me up if ur still having problems and ill walk u through it again if u still need help....

ya i tryed it that way and still it wouldnt work for me so i just do the way i just explained its simpler for me... im old skoo what can i say....lol
