when i try to make a ringtone the brinker program randomly picks 30 sec from the song. it disregards where i placed the duration bars

i have never had that issue it should let you just adjust it with the bars ... are you sure ur accepting the terms of service ( clicking on the little box) and saving it?

i usually only have that problem when i try to make a ringtone from a youtube video. dont ask me why, havent figured out a way to fix it. but if you upload one of your songs it should be a problem or just try to search for the song you want they have a pretty wide selection
