Download the ringtone. Go to your email, compose, and attach the file of your ringtone with the message and then just send it to your phone. On the part who you send it to just type in your number. But all I know is for tmobile cause thats what I have. So it would be like (1234567@tmomail.net) -make sure to include your area code. Hope it works!
