this really isnt as complicated as it sounds: first i saved the ringtone tht i wanted as mp3, then i went to phonezoo.com (which is 100% free) and clicked "create ringtone". then i saved it and sent it to my fone. and the website saves evrything tht u send 2 ur fone so tht if u delete it or get a new fone u can just send it to urself again.

right click MP3, save target as.... rename it.. then go to your email account... create a new email and attach that song.. then send it to your cell phone.. if u dont know what your cell phone email address is, send an email to your self from your cell phone.

you do NOT get charged for it. i have Verizon and have been doing this for a VERY long time and have over 350 ringtones on my phone right now
