Default Error Converting YouTube video
Everytime I copy the YouTube URL and click 'grab this', it says error converting video. What is going on and what can be done to fix it?

problem has been fixed. was because you had the "featured" in the youtube URL string

Default Error with making ringtone with youtube link
I keep getting an error when I the youtube link tries to download and convert. I've made sure the link is pasted as the example is shown. Please help.

What are you trying to convert? I just tried converting a youtube video and it worked perfectly.

I got this message as well today. I noticed if the youtube video has "embedding" disabled by request it fails. Which kinda makes sense, but isn't always obvious (to the end user).

hope that helps (look for an alternate version of the song you want that has embedding enabled)

Default youtube errors
I have tried several times to convert a youtube video to a ringtone and I keep getting an error. I have copied and pasted just like the instructions said and i have used three different computers and internet explorers and still get the same thing. Any Help out there?
