1 first download the ringtone (right click > Save As)

2 send a txt message from your phone to your email.

3. go to your email, reply to the text. Attach the ringtone. Hit Send.

4. once you get the ringtone, save it

nope. Download it, and email it to your phone. If you're carrier charges to receive text, you will get charged whatever they normally charge
