I keep getting an error message when I try to make a ringtone of this song:

It only gives me an error with that song, I've made 7 other ringtones without a problem. I've tried using different videos of the same song but I still get the same problem.

I tried making a ringtone with a video clip Brinked all ready had in its library, but it kept asking me to pick the clip from my computer Youtube or search.
I'm like you ALREADY have the clip I need.
What goes on Brinked?
