Reply to this thread if you are having an error converting videos. I can then use this information to find out what is causing the problem and help improve the website.

Tips:

1) Try converting up to 5 times. We aren't sure why yet, but trying up to 5 times usually works.
2) If you're really set on getting your ringtone made now, try using other videos of the same song.


Please only reply if you have tried to convert the video 3 times or more.

Be as detailed as possible. Some things you should include:

1) Is the video displaying ads?
2) Are there pop-ups in the video?

I have tried many times to use this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQHgjM7i2J4, to no avail. There are no popups or ads and I still keep getting "Error Converting Video".

I have been getting the same error message for every single link I try. I try each link at least 10 plus times... I would appreciate it if you could resolve the issue, I haven't had this problem in the past. Thanks.
