wat i did was first i saved the ringtone as an mp3, then i went to phonezoo.com and clicked create ringtone. then all i did was send it to my fone from there. and yes, its completely free.

it is free as long as you have a standard messaging plan and can recieve picture messages

YES I FIGURED IT OUT. so i will share with all of u. this is wat u gutta do to get ur ringtone on ur phone. you have to look below the ringtone you want on the page and look for the word DOWNLOAD. next to it you have to RIGHT CLICK WAV. click SAVE TARGET AS. then save it on your computer. Now, every phone carrier has its own website. Verizon is mine. So I went on verizonwireless.com and logged in. i went to video&picture messaging (because you can also send sounds) First you UPLOAD YOUR WAV FILE. then send it in a message to your phone. When you recieve it it will say it is sent by yourself. No Surprise Charges or Hidden Fees and NO Paying out the ass through the internet. THE ONLY CATCH IS THAT IT WAS A MASSIVE PAIN IN THE ASS TO FIGURE OUT!!!!!!

I tried sending a mail with that link of yours for my ringtone and it didnt send it,it didnt even go to my spam box either,so is this a fraud thing or something ?
