I have verizonwireless also. When I click to download it takes me to another site that wants $9.99 a month? How is this free?????

I too have Verizon and have the same problem. When I try to send a ring tone to my cell, I am taken to the web site that want's me to pay $9.99/month. This is a rook!

Default different website
i just switched to verizon from sprint, so it's not letting me download any ringtones either.
when I had sprint though, i used a website called myxer.com and was never charged anything (doesnt apply to verizon).. not sure if they changed the website to not allow free ringtones for any carrier or whether only certain carriers mess it up.
some of you might wanna check it out.
anyone know any good free ringtone websites for verizon users?
