Download the ring tone to your computer by clicking on the file type that your phone uses.
Then go to your email and compose a new message and attach that ringtone you downloaded. The recipient will be your phone. Use this list to figure out the proper address to use.
With tracphone it gets a little more complicated. You have to add several addresses to the email you send out, because it's difficult to tell which tracphone network you are using.
