I get the same thing you do. I followed the steps. Tried sending to different phones. I get the same result. I get receive the text from my email, but the MP3 ringtone attachment does not come with it. Did you ever figure it out?

Hey Torres. Sorry for the late reply.

Your phone may not be able to receive them, but I am not sure why. This is something your service provider should be able to help you with.

I would personally recommend buying a USB cable - they are only around $10 and very easy to use. They will allow you to easily send over ringtones and other files, like wallpapers, games, over and over again.

Thanks for the reply, but I've tried several different phones. Same result. You said using a USB cable is a whole lot easier. How do you do this using a USB cable?

Hey Torress,

With a Phone to USB cable (needs to be the right cable to connect with your phone), you simple plug USB cable into both your phone and PC -> Navigate to "My Computer" -> Find your Phone -> click + drag your ringtone onto your phone that way.

If you're having trouble using email to send ringtones to your phone, I would recommend using a USB cable that fits your phone. These are usually cheap (10$-20$w/ shipping online), and have a variety of uses.

You can send over any media files with a USB cable, including images, ringtones, videos, and any other media you can think of.
